1. Who can register in our webshop?

Our company is a specialized wholesaler, our product scale meets the needs of businesses, such as florists, floar and gift retailers, ornamentalists, event organizers, household stores, hobby shops, etc. We only sell to businesses with a valid Tax Number, no sales to the general public.

 

2. How long does it take to confirm your registration?

In the next 24-48 hours we try to check your registration and confirm it if your data are correct, your Tax Number is valid and your business activity fits our company’s offer. If your registration has been successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your password. If we need futher information we will contact you by e-mail.

 

3. What if I forget my password?

On the top of the page you can find ’Login’ panel where you can enter the webshop with your e-mail address and password. If you do not remember your password, click to the „forgot my password” link below and give your e-mail address. You will receive an automatic e-mail with a new password. With this password you can enter the site. We recommend you to change the password after you enter the site.

 

4. When can I see the products’ prices in the webshop?

Only registered members can see the products’ prices. After the confirmation of your registration you can enter the webshop with your e-mail address and password and you can see the prices.

 

5. What kind of prices can I see in the webshop?

In our webshop item prices are presented. (It can be a piece or a package of product which depends on the characteistic of the product.) Some products are provided in bigger units only, it is always written in the description with the volume of items of the bigger unit. In that case it’s allowed to order only that certain (or integral multiplied) volume of items. For example if it’s presented in the description that a bigger unit contains 12 items nad it’s not splitable then you have to order 12, 24, 36 etc. items. Prices are included VAT, which is 27% in Hungary.

 

6. Do you have every product in stock which I can see in the webshop?

We sell products from stock. Our webshop uses our warehouse’s stock so it can happen that a product is not available in the needed volume/ colour or a product has just run out of stock shortly before you ordered it.

 
7. How often do you refresh the webshop’s offer?

We refresh our webshop’s offer 1-2 times a day, so those products which have run out of stock become unavailable or new products can appear.

 

8. I would need a product which I can’t find in the webshop. What can is do?

Only those products are available in our webshop which can be found in our warehouse, but sometimes the offer of our webshop does not cover the whole product range of the warehouse. If you need any other product which can’t be found in the webshop’s offer contact us and we try to find a solution.

 

9. What’s happen if a product has just run out of stock?

If we cannot fulfill the whole order because a product has just run out of stock we will contact you by phone and try to recommend a similar or substitute product.

 

10. Are there a minimum order value?

The minimum value of an order is 10000 HUF, because under it the proportion of the delivery expenses would be too high compared to the whole value your order.

 

11. How can you make an international delivery?

There are two options. The general way is that we use GLS delivery company for internation shipping. Otherwise, If you are situated close to the Hungarian border we can use a Hungarian delivery company (MPL - Posta). In that case the shipment is transfered to a Hungarian post office which is close to the Hungarian border and you can pick it up in the following 5 days. In this way the delivery expenses are lower than using an internation shipping company.

 

12. What’s the maxiumum size of the parcel you can deliver?

The combined length and girth of a parcel can be up to three meters. It is calculated as 2x height plus 2x width plus 1x longest side. For example 50x50x100 cm or 50x60x80 cm or 60x60x60 cm.

13. Can you deliver fragile or heavy product?

With GLS delivery company we can’t send fragile or heavy products such as lampions or glass products, but we can handle some other fragile products such ceramic figures. Please contact us for further information. MPL delivery company give us the opportunity to send fragile or heavy products for extra charge or on pallet.

 
14. What’s are the prices of the delivery?

15. How can i pay?

If we use GLS delivery company you have to transfer the money in advance. After your online order have been made you will get an e-mail with all the information concerning the payment. If you choose MPL delivery company (post office near Hungarian border) you can also pay when you pick up your parcel in the post office.

 

16. How many days will it take for my package to be delivered?

1, With GLS delivery company:

After the transfered money (in advance) has arrived we give your parcel to GLS and after that the estimated delivery time is depend on the destination.

Slovakia: 1 day

Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, Poland, Germany: 2 days

Belgium, The Neitherlands, Luxemburg, Bulgaria: 3 days

 

2, With MPL delivery company, parcell delivered to a post office near Hungarian border:

After we give your parcel to MPL it will be delivered in the following day to the post office near the Hungarian border.

 

17. How will I get the invoice?

The official invoice will be placed in you parcell.

 

18. If I’m registered to the webshop can I purchase in your warehouse too?

Yes you can, for the first time please bring the necessary documents which can prove your business activity (stamp, sole trader's licence or registry court documents). For the first time there is a minimum purchase value which is 25000 Huf.
